📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize mining operations and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day mining activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Lead a team of mining professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments to identify new mining opportunities.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
