📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of production schedules and workflows,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery,Conduct quality checks on finished products,Assist in the training and development of junior staff,Support the production manager in implementing quality improvement initiatives,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality checks,Assist in the resolution of production issues and problems,Support the production manager in meeting production targets and deadlines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry,Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards,Good understanding of production equipment and machinery,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
