📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
