📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end ecommerce projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ecommerce operations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Leverage tools like Trello, Asana, and Google Workspace to streamline project management and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ecommerce projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile Scrum is a plus.
