🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or a related field.
• Certification in mediation or conflict resolution from a recognized institution (e.g., ICMC, ADR Institute).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and customs in Bangka Belitung.
