📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of drivers and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of vehicles to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Optimize routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to junior drivers to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities and ensure they are properly documented.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on the status of the fleet.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Commitment to safety and a strong safety record.
  • Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including trucks and forklifts.
