📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of livestock
• Manage and train a team of farm workers, ensuring high standards of productivity and safety
• Implement and monitor farming best practices to enhance livestock health and productivity
• Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of feed, medications, and other farming supplies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including biosecurity and animal welfare protocols
• Conduct regular farm inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Work with cutting-edge farming technologies, such as automated feeding systems and GPS tracking for livestock
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestock farming or a related role
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Strong understanding of farming best practices and industry standards
• Familiarity with automated feeding systems and GPS tracking technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
