📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution routes and reduce delivery times.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth product flow from production to customers.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor distribution team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing distribution teams and optimizing logistics processes.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
