As a Custodian Bank Specialist, your daily tasks will involve reconciling financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You'll work with SAP and Oracle systems, as well as various bank reconciliation tools, to ensure our financial records are always accurate and up-to-date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations between internal systems and bank statements
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Assist in the implementation of corrective actions for identified discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any issues that arise during the reconciliation process
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reconciliation or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle financial systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
