📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and effective,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
