📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.,Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.,Provide support to the Recruitment Manager in all recruitment-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
