📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control and reordering.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store operation role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
