📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage a team of F&B staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement F&B service strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of F&B services with overall business operations.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the F&B service plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
