📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the logistics operations.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and practices.,Certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
