Base Mart Cemerlang is looking for a Lead Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Menteng. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
As a Lead Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and that all goods are stored and transported in a safe and efficient manner.

Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are performing at their best.Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and that all goods are stored and transported in a safe and efficient manner.Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner.Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and that any maintenance or repairs are carried out promptly.Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.A strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.Proven ability to manage a team of warehouse staff and ensure that all team members are performing at their best.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a forklift license.🛠️ Keahlian
