📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
