Crown Mart Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for the role.,Prepare and review job descriptions and person specifications.,Handle employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Participate in performance reviews and salary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
