📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
