📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
