📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor junior designers in architectural and 3D design projects.,Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the team.,Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural presentations.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural and 3D design.,Provide technical support and training to team members on design software.,Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client requirements.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase design concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and 3D design.,Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.,Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and 3D design projects.
