RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee the construction of HDB (Housing and Development Board) projects in Singapore standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects and contribute to the development of high-quality housing in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HDB construction projects in accordance with Singapore standards.,Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in construction.,Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or delays.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide reports to senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.,Familiarity with HDB construction projects and Singapore standards is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
