📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide talent management programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
