Export / Shipping Supervisor

Integral Mulia Cipta is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Export / Shipping Supervisor to join our growing team in Cipondoh, Banten. In this critical role within our manufacturing and logistics division, you will be the driving force behind our international and domestic shipping operations. Your primary mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to clients worldwide, while also overseeing the day-to-day logistics of our warehouse and distribution center.

With a strong background in logistics or supply chain management, you will be responsible for coordinating with our sales team, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of our products. You will also be in charge of managing our fleet of vehicles and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of international and domestic shipping operations
• Manage and optimize our fleet of vehicles to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
• Coordinate with sales, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
• Manage and mentor a team of shipping and logistics staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
• Analyze and report on shipping and logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure the safe and secure handling, storage, and transportation of goods in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a focus on international and domestic operations
• Proven track record of successfully managing shipping and logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using shipping and logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
