As a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Staff at KFC Indonesia, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of our operations. You'll work closely with our accounting team to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately documented and reported. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the department.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-food or retail environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
