📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
• Create and maintain attractive and strategic displays for our perfume products in retail stores.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the merchandising team.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to ensure our products are well-promoted and understood by customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform merchandising strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
