• Oversee daily operations of multiple Geprek Gold Chick locations in Jakarta Raya.
• Ensure all locations adhere to brand standards, including quality control, staff training, and customer service.
• Drive sales performance through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Manage staff scheduling, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using QuickBooks.
• Track and analyze sales data using Salesforce to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
