📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic programs aimed at economic growth and infrastructure development.
• Lead a team of experts to deliver high-impact initiatives that address key regional challenges.
• Collaborate with local and national government agencies, as well as international partners, to align programs with broader development goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in program management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and private sector partners.
• Conduct regular assessments and report on program progress, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent the Regional Development Agency at national and international forums to advocate for Bangka Belitung’s development priorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the Priority Program Center, driving sustainable and inclusive growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, particularly in the context of regional development.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-profile development projects.
• Strong understanding of regional development strategies and policies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Experience working with government agencies and international organizations is highly desirable.
