📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and defects in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our software development processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with our QA team to ensure that our applications meet quality standards and user expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
