• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
