As the Expenditure Treasurer, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments to vendors and employees, and maintaining a clean and organized financial record. You will work closely with the finance team, including the Finance Manager and Accounting Staff, to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage financial disbursements, including payments to vendors and employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and other financial software.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to the Finance Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to avoid disruptions in operations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other financial software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
