Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of programs and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in program management and business operations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve program effectiveness.
  • Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management and business operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and travel industry, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
